Great ice cream, especially Cotton Candy Explosion flavor. We love this branch, although I am not sure the scoops are getting smaller. I may edit my review based on our next visit. Usually busy no matter the time or weather but that gives you time to read the menu in the window. Parking for approximately 15 or more vehicles.

Original homemade flavors and large portions. Butter Brickle was amazing, Oreo is always good and Chocolate and Peanut Butter Buckeyes is one of my favorites. Try the Strawberry Shortcake and The Apple Dumplings.

I loveeee Bruster's! They have a great selection of ice creams, sundaes, and etc! The Turtle sundae is great!! If you want great homemade ice cream this is the place for you!! They are fantastic 🙂

Would love to see brusters expand and have more dairy-free options, like ice cream made with almond milk. Right now the only option is sorbet.

This was one of the closest places to get ice cream from and we were hoping for it to be inexpensive but it was a little too much my ice cream with brownie bits added was $4 and some change Its good quality ice cream not soft serve will get ice cream again

Everything was awesome exept for they charge me almost 4 bucks for a single scoop of ice 🍦 and the hot fudge brownie was way bigger an only a dollar more

Ice cream was really good. Nice selection of flavors. Loved the Black Raspberry. Haven't had it since we lived in NY. They have a fantastic offer on Thursdays. Bring your own bananas and get 1/2 off your banana split. See ya Thursday!

I ordered a chocolate ice cream cup and a blast and it was all melted. It was a whole issue to get a refund. Never coming back.

Staff was super helpful with the abundance of choices. All Ice Cream is made there so everything's fresh. The flavor combinations were excellent! I was unhappy that they don't have soft serve BUT I still got something I truly enjoyed and will go back again. Give this place a try, you will enjoy it!!

The butter pecan was ok. It had a little freezer taste:( It also seemed to whipped and to soft. This was my first time here, not what I was expecting. Blue Bell has you beat on the butter pecan.

Well lit establishment - we went to satisfy our late night ice-cream craving. There is limited seating available outside. Also, there was a smidgen of mothball smell coming from the shrubs, but overall we would still give them 5 ⭐s! 👍

Part of our annual end of year ice cream celebration. This place is great especially since they always change or add new flavors regularly. Today I had a "butter bru" pretty sure is a shake consisting of vanilla ice cream, butterscotch syrup, and cream soda. It's pretty good. They also do special events like pajama night and are always doing some sort of school fundraiser. Come out and support local businesses. You won't be disappointed.

I really liked the friendliness of the cashier that took my order. I asked for suggestions and she gave me honest feedback. Very pleasant and would definitely go back.

We had vanilla ice cream with strawberries. Very good ice cream,very fresh. A little expensive. One scoop of ice cream with strawberries on top was $4 and change. We will come back.

The freshest Icecream in Altamonte Springs. The staff is generally young adults/old children and are always very respectful and kind. I have yet to eat anything on the menu that I didn't like. Please note that I have not seen a wheelchair accessible window from which you can place orders. I'm not totally sure how that works. PS it really makes their day when you tip them :)

Google maps says I visited here yesterday (1-19-2020), but I visited here today (1-20-2020). I jus' happened to be in the Altamonte area today and was passing by, and thought I'd stop and get a milkshake (Cookies & Cream). This is not my first time here, I've been here before. So if I make a return visit, they must be doing something rite. The employee there was pleasant & friendly. I've had good experiences there each time. That's another reason why I continue to go back when I'm in the area. I'm from Orlando, but truth be told, if I had to choose between Goff's Ice Cream or Bruster's, I'd choose Goff's first and Bruster's would be my second choice.

Bunch of young kids working and friends there visiting that they couldn't care about actual customers. Literally talking to an employee placing my order. She is so hung up on the convo with her friends at next window. I repeated my order 4 times for it to come out wrong. It was two things. Very basic. I told her if she was paying attention when someone was speaking instead of being focused on her friends it wouldn't of happened. She apologized however there is nothing more rude then someone who you are speaking to right in front of your face not listening at all. Should of went to cold stone as normal!

Handmade on site all day long. Bruster's Ice Cream is the closest you'll get to making it yourself. Cookies and Cream and Vanilla are the best flavors.

Ice cream and waffle cone good as always and a few tables available still in spite of social distancing. Can be very busy on the weekends of course.
